Privacy Policy
Thank you for visiting our website. In the following, we would like to inform you about the handling of your data in accordance with Art. 13 of the German Data Protection Ordinance (DSGVO).
Responsible person
The responsible party for the data collection and processing described below is the entity named in the imprint.
IP adress storage
We maintain the IP address transmitted by your web browser strictly for the purpose of identifying, limiting and eliminating attacks on our websites for a period of up to 7 days. At the end of this period, we delete or anonymize the IP address. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSVGO.
Usage data
When you visit our websites, so-called usage data is temporarily stored on our web servers as a log for statistical purposes in order to ensure and improve the quality of our websites. This data record consists of
- the page from which the file was requested,
- the page from which the file was requested,
- the date and time of the query,
- the amount of data transferred,
- the access status (file transferred, file not found),
- the description of the type of the web browser used,
- the IP address of the requesting computer, which is shortened so that a personal reference can no longer be established.
The aforementioned log data is only stored anonymously.
Data security
In order to protect data from unwanted access, we take appropriate technical and organizational measures. We use encryption procedures on our websites. Your data is transmitted from the requesting computer to our server and vice versa via the Internet using TLS encryption.
You can recognize this by the fact that the lock symbol in the status bar of your web browser is closed and the address line begins with https://.
Data transmission to third parties
We transfer the data within the framework of order processing pursuant to Art. 28 DSVGO to service providers who support us in the operation of our websites and the associated processes. Our service providers are strictly bound by instructions and are contractually obligated to us accordingly.
Cookies
We use cookies in connection with our websites. Cookies are small text files that are stored on the requesting end devices and can be read. A distinction is made between session cookies, which are deleted as soon as the web browser is closed, and permanent cookies, which are stored beyond the individual session.
Cookies can contain data that make it possible to recognize the device used. In some cases, however, cookies only contain information about certain settings that are not personal.
We use session cookies and permanent cookies on our websites. The processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit f DSGVO with the interest to optimize or enable the user experience and to customize the presentation of our websites.
It is possible to set the web browser of the requesting computer to inform about the placement of cookies. This makes the use of cookies transparent. Cookies can also be deleted at any time via the corresponding browser setting and their storage can be prevented. Please note that our websites may then not be displayed optimally and some functions may no longer be technically available.

7. Pursuant to Art. 77 DSGVO, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you are of the opinion that the processing of data relating to you violates data protection provisions.
